We also offer worldwide insured and express shipping (see shipment fees) and a tracking number will be provided for each order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our 14 days return policy allows you to shop with confidence and our team is always available to help you find the perfect piece. Whether you’re looking for something to complete your outfit or a beautiful item for a special occasion, Avalon has got you covered. Please note, a return label will be provided by us, depending on the courier (in Europe), €8 to max €35 will deducted from you total refund amount, outside the EU could be up to €50. The returned item has to be back in our possession within 14 days of receipt of the item on your end - please take this in consideration. We pay out our clients after 14 days of sale so this is final.
